Female Olympians Through The Years
Lexi Thompson became the youngest golfer to play in the U.S. Women’s Open at only age 12! She became professional at age 15 and even won the Navistar LPGA classic at 16. At 22, Thompson participated in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio, representing the U.S. To mark the occasion, Thompson got an Olympic tattoo on her wrist. She finished T7 in Rio putting her No.3 in the Rolex world rankings. She had two wins and seven other top 10’s. Hopefully, we will get to see her play again soon.
